...I like it all...
Taco Bell or Taco Villa,
both fast foods...
but, I could eat it every day.
Of course, a good Mexican food restaurant
is THE BEST and we have several great ones here in our town.
but when I am hungry for something spicy....NOT HOT,
in a hurry and wanting to take it home,
I head straight to
TACO VILA....
This is one of my favorites there...
Beef Chalupa
There is never enuf cheese to suite me
so I make Queso...
oh, yeah, baby !!!!!!
The only salsa I like is homemade and I don't always have it made up
so I like Tabasco Pepper Sauce.
a few shakes of hot sauce...
a large dollop of queso...
a little salt...
a little black pepper...
a dollop of sour cream if I have it...
and I am
GOOD TO GO.

ReplyDeleteBJ, I can eat taco salad. I never have that sour cream. Ted would eat anything Tex-Mex...to me so many of the dishes are just the same only in a different shape. LOL. I should pass along my SIL salsa recipe. But first I have to ask her for it. LOL. Hope you are staying cool while you are eating spicy. :) Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie

We like it too and have it in some form or fashion at least once a week! My go-to is tacos, and I love Torchy's, a local taco place in Austin. And I love love love fish tacos with fresh cabbage slaw, green salsa, sour cream, monterrey jack....yuuum. I have myself wanting tacos today!
