One of my beautiful grandgirls, BRYNNA,
(that's her, on top)
was given tickets to see...
The tickets to the concert were a Christmas gift from her mama and dad. ♥ ♥ ♥
The concert was last week in DALLAS.
Since almost everyone dresses up in costume for some of these concerts,
BRYNNA decided she wanted to go as a MERMAID ♥....
So to HOBBY LOBBY to pick out all the things to make a magical
MERMAID♥ COSTUME .
First off....BRYNNA is very artistic and has an eye for FLARE.....
She chose two large shells, spray painted them SILVER...
hot glued beautiful PEARLS and silver GLITTER DUST to them.
Then we bought that really, REALLY tough glue...E 6000 or something like that;.
and she glued the shells to a strapless bra.
Then she inserted faux SEA WEED behind the shells.
Added the faux SEA FISHNET to use as a halter ..uh...holder-upper.
She added tiny shells, GLITTERY STAR FISH here and there...
Awesome makeup.....

Isn't she the most beautiful MERMAID ♥ you've EVER seen in your whole entire life...!!!
That's one of her very best friends that went to the concert with her.
They said the concert was SOOO good and
that they had an absolute blast.
ahhhhh......*SIGH.....to be 16 again.
"BRYNN...I can't tell you how happy it makes me to see you are
having such fun in your high school years."
I love you, Brynna !

ReplyDeleteShe makes a beautiful mermaid!
ReplyDeleteThat is just adorable! She is so cute and it's wonderful she is having fun in her teen years!
ReplyDeleteAhh yes, to be 16. Honestly though I'm happy not to be 16 but I am very happy for 16 year olds having fun! She's a beauty, bj!
ReplyDeleteMy grand niece is visiting Washington State right now and I pulled down the Barbie and other goodies from the attic for her and she was most intrigued with Mermaid Barbie!
She's very clever! And pretty.
ReplyDeleteShe looks fabulous and that costume is wonderful. It looks like it was professionally made. What talent.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun . . . One thing Lady Gaga has done is encourage creativity and being an individual . . . that is a good thing! Your granddaughter is gorgeous and I love her creative costume! Happy she had a blast . . .
ReplyDeleteWow, she is stunning. Glad she had a good time. Love chicken salad with grapes and almonds, yum.
ReplyDeleteTooooo cute ... and creative, to boot!
ReplyDeletethat is a very Lady Gaga-ish costume too, looks very good. I hear Lady Gaga is very amazing in concert. She's also very caring towards her fans.
ReplyDeleteYes, Adam...I believe she is very rare in the fact that she does care about her fans and wants to present a good example for the young ones that love her so much. Believe me, if I ever get the chance to see her, I sure will jump at the chance. :)
DeleteThanks for your comment.
Yes, Lady Gaga cares so much for her fans that she allows Millie Brown (an "artist" who uses vomit to create her "art") to vomit on her as a part of her performance.
DeleteYour granddaughter is a lovely girl. Her costume is, however, immodest.
Looks like fun!
ReplyDeleteShe looks beautiful. And how fun and creative. Go, Brynna!
ReplyDeleteShe is just beautiful and very creative. Glad she had a good time. Have a blessed day. Madeline
ReplyDeleteLove the costume, she may be the prettiest mermaid I have ever seen :>)
ReplyDeletePretty girl! And a pretty name too. Are you sure those girls aren't twins????!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous mermaid, and what a creative costume!! I just love mermaids, I might just have to make one!
ReplyDeleteJenna
I bet she had as much fun getting dressed as she did at the concert. Very creative...beautiful girl!
ReplyDeleteShe is making the most of her life and doing fantastically fun things! You have to support happy times like this! Yes, she is a beautiful mermaid!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet post! The Grands know how to steal our hearts, don't they?! Hugs, Cecilia
ReplyDeleteShe looked stunning - what a creative teen.

What an adorable mermaid, bj! Your sweet girl did an awesome job on her costume. My 39 year old daughter went to that concert, too. Fun! xo
