Ever Mindful....


With all the hustle and bustle...
the trimming of the tree...
new added to the old...
shopping and wrapping...
cooking and baking...
( trying to make at least ONE favorite dish for ea person)
we can lose sight of WHY we are celebrating.....

    That is so true!! Hope you've had a real good week, mine just FLEW BY, goodness gracious, it's already FRIDAY! The days and weeks are flying so quickly, I am running out of time to wrap presents and send Christmas cards.

    I couldn't agree more! I've found that it is very easy to lose focus when we are busy and preoccupied with other things...that's why I try to stick to my devotional every day and have a Bible reading so that I don't lose my focus! Hugs!!

    I light my candles every evening and watch them flicker against my Nativity sets. It keeps me grounded and helps me recognise the true meaning of Christmas.
