the trimming of the tree...
new added to the old...
shopping and wrapping...
cooking and baking...
( trying to make at least ONE favorite dish for ea person)
we can lose sight of WHY we are celebrating.....
Blessings and love to all...

I couldn't agree more! I've found that it is very easy to lose focus when we are busy and preoccupied with other things...that's why I try to stick to my devotional every day and have a Bible reading so that I don't lose my focus! Hugs!!
ReplyDeleteI light my candles every evening and watch them flicker against my Nativity sets. It keeps me grounded and helps me recognise the true meaning of Christmas.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Hi BJ! I so agree with you! Family is first although we've moved 2,000 miles again away from my babies! I wish you a blessed and Merry Christmas.
ReplyDeleteBe a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
