Paper Plates....SUMMER

 My girl bought these adorable watermelon paper platters

for me and I think they are too cute...

 and, of course, I had to make something delicious for my first meal

on these cuties....♥

If you haven't tried your favorite Chicken Salad on a 

Hawaiian Roll,

you really should.

I remember once, many years ago, I took 5 

of these to one of my grandgirls at lunch time at school...

She was in 5th grade...tiny....

and she ate all 5 of them....!!

LOL

She kept saying, "Don't you want one, Memaw?"

and I said, "O, no, honey...I'm good."

...and I was so hungry by the time I got back home,

I don't remember HOW many but I ate quite a few myself !! 😙
