THE CANDY CANE ♥

 I just love CANDY CANES
the taste of them...
the looks of them...

I added this little SNOWMAN holding a big
delicious CANDY CANE
to my Hot Cocoa Bar for a little more brightness.

 Over the years,
I've used a lot of CANDY CANES
 at Christmas time...
the CANDY CANE candle is a favorite.

Between seasons, I store my
Christmas candles in zip lock bags in my freezer...
they stay looking beautifully year after year.

...even some of my Christmas cups have the sweet candy sticks on them.

Red and White is such a favorite color combo of mine for Christmas.

Christmas Candy Cane

Poem about Jesus

Look at the Candy Cane
What do you see?
Stripes that are red
Like the blood shed for me
White is for my Savior
Who’s sinless and pure!
“J” is for Jesus My Lord, that’s for sure!
Turn it around
And a staff you will see
Jesus my shepherd
Was born for Me!

I've made these sweet CANDY CANE COOKIES
since our son, David, was in elementary school..he is 52 now
Such a fun tradition for our Christmas Eve nights together
over many years.

I saw SUSAN and BENTLEY'S  cookie making photo on her FaceBook
and since I have the same set of bowls that they have,
I just had to add my photo with the CANDY CANES in the middle.

Susan and her sweet little dog, Bentley, have an adorable blog
that you will enjoy so much.
O...
and when you go over and leave a comment, would you kindly tell her
"bj said HEY"....

LOVE AND BLESSINGS this beautiful Christmas season,
xoxo, bj

  7. Wish I had your spirit. There is no doubt age does make a difference. Enjoy it while you can. I like most candies, but candy canes not one of my favorites. However, the way you present things, makes most anything good. Enjoy your family and be blessed with good health during the New Year.

  9. BJ, I have posted my caramel recipe on my blog if you care to try it out.

I was informed by Kris that the tree was a bit bare and that Kurt might be a tad upset. I forgot the candy canes. Must pick some up today.

    God bless.
