A Great One

1998

OH, PEOPLE...
if you haven't seen it, PLEASE DO...

Such an emotional movie, it had me crying thru most of it....
and laughing the rest of the time.

BLUE MONDAY

A very kind and sweet blogger left this informative comment I want to share:
 ***
It's one of my favorite movies, though I usually have a few tears during it :-) Gena Rowlands was fabulous! The house (and setting of the movie) is in Smithville, TX, east of Austin and in a lovely part of the state. Here's a link to some photos of the house: http://hookedonhouses.net/2010/05/02/hope-floats-birdees-house-in-small-town-texas/
Thanks, Patty.
I want that house !!

  9. We seldom go to the movies, but I caught this one on TV a few years ago. I positively loved the little girl who played her daughter. And yes, I cried.
