AMISH GRACE

2010 movie about the schoolhouse shooting of 10 Amish children in
Nickle Mines, Pennsylvania in 2006

I just saw this movie for the second time and was reminded, once again,
of how important faith, understanding, forgiveness, love and grace is to each of us as
 children of GOD.

If you've seen the movie, I urge you to see it again.
If you haven't seen it, I plead with you to see it.

The love and forgiveness in this story is so heart rendering,
I hope no one goes without knowing the story and watching the excellent movie.

Love, bj
NOTICE
As soon as my copy of this movie arrives,
I will have a little fun giveaway with it included.......
PLEASE STAY TUNED.

  3. Doesn't surprise me too much, they are well known for tolerating the worst in people, at least the non-Amish.

  4. The Amish community certainly displayed a lot of love and grace in an intolerable situation. If I have the opportunity to see it, I surely will.

  8. I have seen this movie a couple of times myself. You are right bj...as I was watching it and saw how they forgave was quite amazing to me. No matter whether we believe everything they do or not (I've never understood the shunning thing...where is the grace there?) it certainly was quite unbelievable how they were able to do that.
