The net is so full of beautiful fall ideas

thought you might like to see them, too.

We still have some walnuts from our Oregon trip last winter...
I can do this...

I think all the above images came from BETTER HOMES AND GARDENS website...

THIS reminds me of other copycats that I want to share again...

**
MY Brass thrift store candle sticks, spray painted SATIN black...$4.00 AND $3.00....

  7. I'm quite a fan of "copy-cat" decor, especially when it's done with thrift finds or something you had already, sometimes not even spruced up, but used as is. Nothing wrong with taking the whole idea, as well as the inspiration.

And for a hundredth of the cost??? Who could pass that up.

Decorating Halloween Houses with three of our girls in a bit---darling wooden birdhouses with verandahs and picket fences and all. All sorts of glittery string and beads and paints and eyeball stickers and lots of blingy spiders and ravens, etc. Inspiration was Purple Chocolat Home's papier mache ones from September, but of course mine will have more pink than purple.

  19. I've enjoyed fall more this year in Florida than previous years. I'm finding touches of fall here and there help. I love what you've found, especially the bowl of walnuts! That really says fall to me, being from the San Francisco are where every fall meant harvesting a bumper crop of walnuts!

  21. BJ very inspirational shares. Like Jane I too love the baby boos in the tall glass cylinder vase. I have a great one from Pottery Barn and tomorrow morning I am filling it with boos for our bathroom. Your candlesticks look great black and also would make a spooky statement for Halloween with Black candles. I love Halloween and have been enjoying adding touches to our home. Have a delightful weekend,
    xoxo,
