I'm sure you get sick and tired of my PANCAKES and BISCUITS...
I don't know what to say as this is pretty much my regular type breakfasts..
and lunches...
and dinners...
O, I don't eat them ALL the time....
but Mr. Sweet says every morning when he looks at me,
he is afraid I'll either be a giant BISCUIT...or a HUGE PANCAKE....
I like to change them up a lot...
and this particular morning,
I wanted CRANBERRY PECAN pancakes
I rarely use syrup but this time
I used some of Mr. Sweet's MAPLE...
I used some of Mr. Sweet's MAPLE...
and it sure was good.
I like pecans in almost anything
and Cranberries are so delicious to me.
A winning combination, FOR SURE...!

OOO, and the Potting Shed is doing a great job of GROWING things....
(i'm searching for a really cute POTTING SHED sign....)
Squash doing really good...
lettuce...
tomatoes...
peppers
all growing so well.
Never having a greenhouse before,
it seems a bit strange to see all these beautiful blooms during wintertime....
We are all still learning how to do and what to do....
but it's all fun and we've learned a lot.
One HARD thing we've learned is to check each and every plant we
add to the full- to- the- brim potting shed...
one big plant we moved in had spider mites and killed 3 or 4 other plants
before we got it under control. *whew
Very hopeful we will have nice pots of flowers to put out around the pool this summer...
I am SOOO looking forward to the above scene......
HURRY UP, SUMMER

ReplyDeleteI'm sitting here in a blizzard, we've got around 5" so far, being very jealous of that greenhouse full of growing things. *sigh*. I just can't wait for spring. It's all so pretty and I'm sure you'll have gorgeous plants around that pool soon :) I would never think of putting cranberries and pecans in pancakes, but it sure sounds good!
ReplyDeleteBJ, I could eat pancakes every day and the cranberry-pecan sounds yummy! We have had torrential rain for three days and now it is turning really cold this afternoon...so just dreaming of gardening! Pam @ Everyday Living
