I do love little snow people ...
especially around Christmas time....
well, actually, all thru the winter.
I think this is the 3rd year I have had these little ones
marching across our vintage mantel.
When I found these adorable SNOW DOLLS
at Hobby Lobby, all dressed in their black and white,
it was truly LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT.
The little touches of red are just perfect.
Every year when I unpack them,
I fall in love all over again.
Well.....
this year, I have a new SNOW FELLA...
please meet
SULLY
Take a look at his adorably adorned hat...
his very TALL hat.
...have you ever seen a more precious face...
and those slightly pink cheeks
(cause, baby, it's cold outside) ?
He is STYLIN' with his plaid scarves.....
I am SO in love with this little newcomer.
Full-of-personality SULLY
was "built" by
She had several in her Etsy shop so if you would like one,
be sure to check her shop.
She names them all and when I saw SULLY,
I bought him instantly...
I so admire the SULLY that brought the airplane down in
New York's Hudson River in 2009,
saving every single passenger and crew member.
Many thanks, Diana. You did such a fantastic job on him.

Your dancing friends are adorable as is Sully. Diana did a wonderful job on him!
ReplyDeleteBJ I love your snow peeps. I got some of these beautiful snow peeps like your Sully from Diana. I just did a post today on my blog about them. They are just adorable. I wish I had her sewing talents. She looked at mine and then was able to go home and make her version of these cute snow peeps. Enjoy your Sully.

BJ, I'm smitten with snow people too. I like to leave them out through January when all the Christmas things are packed away. You new guy is adorable! I know he is happy living with you in west Texas. I remember your cute snow people in their black and white outfits. They would steal my heart too. I'm glad you have these cuties to make you smile. I know it is a difficult holiday without Mr. Sweet.
