I haven't been to a Halloween party where we dress up in costume
in FOREVER...
David (son) and Kathy (dil) are having a
on Sunday....
costume encouraged but optional.
Well, I am just beside myself to come up with a cute costume
but, since we will be eating and having our weekly
Home Fellowship gathering,
I want something comfy...
I have several ideas....
I could go as
an ole CHUNK OF COAL
♥
I have a black shirt with
COAL
in white letters...
and could wear black pants...
and a black stocking cap...
Thinking about it all, I am reminded that a few years ago,
a blogger friend, PEA, "designed" virtual costumes for some of us...
here's a few she did for me...
Deeds, our youngest grand, has had some really amazing costumes
over the years...
The Princess in STAR WARS...
Princess Leia
so so cute.
Princess Leia
so so cute.
MISS SCARLET
on the grounds of TARA
(where's Rhett ??)
...then we had LADY GAGA
aka BRYNNA
Then, along came
LUCY AND RICKY
aka as Stacy and Jent
(just look at his shoes...adorable...and from a thrift shop...perfect)
In 2015, little
CHICKEN MAN with ONE EYE
aka Graham....
and I can't stand to wear a mask very long, so I just held mine. ha
When great-grandgirl,
CATE
said
NO WAY to a costume when she was tiny,
we all agreed...
she was too scared of it all so things were kept pretty quite around here that year.
2015
CATE the Princess of some sort...
and little HARRY POTTER, aka Patrick
Our beautiful and talented, BRYNNA
she did her own makeup.
Son, DAVID, had more fun last year in his
HEADLESS HORSEMAN costume...
HALLOWEEN is such a fun time....
for kids and grown-ups alike...
When my beautiful twin girls,
ANDREA and BAILEY
came out in THESE costumes,
I was so freaked, I couldn't even speak for a few minutes...
sooooo scary......
back to what I will wear to the Halloween Party...
I'll take pics at the party and
you KNOW I will post about it...
Stay Tuned...
