A trip to a very boring, nothing-to-write-home-about WALMART
the other day .....
I wasn't buying anything earth-shattering...
just toothpaste..
shaving creme for Mr. Sweet...
odds and ends that one must buy occasionally.
I spied this display of PINKS
it's funny how just some pink bottles of
SOAP
could bring a smile to my face....
and, then, on the next isle,
my heart skipped a beat...
she was the most adorable little tiny thing
in her pink headband...
with a soft, warm, cuddly pink blanket over the top of her stroller...
I didn't know her or her beautiful young mother from Adam
but I fell so in love with this baby I begged the mom
to allow me to take a few photos.
This sweet, generous mom was thrilled...
and I told her I wanted to share these photos with all my blogging friends
as they all loved babies as much as I do.
This cute black and white flower on her headband was
almost larger than her little tiny, pixie face
that I had the urge to smother with kisses.

that I had the urge to smother with kisses.
THEN, I was reminded that I needed to buy a
BABY SHOWER GIFT
for another baby girl, due very soon...
...an adorable and PINK warm blanket with owls...
and a tiny owl rattle....
What a lovely trip to Walmart THIS turned out to be....
And, in the spirit of leaving you with a tidbit to snack on...
A package of store bought cookies
become
MOVIE STAR cookies when you add this luscious glaze
I love it when a ho-hum shopping trip turns into something amazing! (That baby is adorable!)

Such an adorable, precious baby! :) Sometimes I just have to leave due to the screaming children with less than stellar parents. I feel so bad for the little ones but can't take the screaming.
