When I spray painted this pot yellow,
I knew I wanted to plant red geraniums in it...
I saw this yellow flower at the nursery and planted it in the middle...
i just loooove red and yellow together.
Another SUNSHINE YELLOW we love....
...do you like
Lemon Cake....?
meee, too...
It is absolutely DELICIOUS....
it's a knockoff of Starbuck's LEMON LOAF...
HERE'S the recipe..
Now....
this is good....very very good...
but STARBUCK'S has it beat...
wish I knew how they made theirs...
but, this is very close.
I used a Lemon cake mix
French Vanilla pudding...
and REAL LEMON JUICE along with LEMON ZEST...
and followed the rest of the recipe .....
One thing I CAN promise....
if you like lemon...
and you follow the recipe,
you will be ♪...walking in the sunshine.....

ReplyDeleteWhen you added the yellow flowering plant to your yellow planter along with the red geraniums, it was inspired. It took that planting right over the top! Roger Miller has that smooth, mellow thing down pat. I've been lately listening to "King of the Road" for the Bangor, Maine reference.
