and you haven't been to the grocery store since you got back home
after a week long FANTASY VACATION....
and you LOVE something sweet for breakfast.....
and you find ONE can of biscuits in the fridge....
While I like PECANS the best of all,
second place is WALNUTS
♥ ♥
♥ ♥
...I sprinkle the tops with a bit more cinnamon and butter
and a dusting of more brown sugar...
and look how delicious these look when you turn them out of the pan
onto a white with red polka dots plate...

DELISH...
Never underestimate the power of CANNED BISCUITS..
Can you believe that I did a whole entire post about
a single can of lowly BISCUITS...??
(remember....with me....it's not always about THE FOOD....
it's mostly about the PHOTOS of THE FOOD. )
Food & Everything Else Friday
Pink Sat
That DOES look delish.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely Delish! You certainly know how to make a breakfast special!
ReplyDeleteYummy! Good trick to have in ones arsenal. Those lowly biscuits are great to have on hand. As Martha would say, it's a Good Thing.. well, okay. Maybe not Martha, but I'm sayin' it. Happy Pink Saturday BJ. Angels to you!
ReplyDeleteOkay...so that means that this was not as good as it looks? =D You surely are an expert in creating an illustrated story around anything. My cap is doffed to you! Now if I only had a can of biscuits!
ReplyDeleteYummy! Hope you are staying dry BJ!

Definitely looking so delicious. Makes me drool!
ReplyDeleteYummy ... I guess I need to keep canned biscuits on hand. Mr. Z. would love those. May be a little sweet for me but you bet I will try them.
ReplyDeleteHave a great day. Hope you are getting some of this nice slow rain. 2" so far here (Kerrville). Flood warnings though and likely more rain up stream.
Blessings,
Audrey Z. @ Timeless Treasures

Hey...I love biscuits. You don't have to convince me about them. Have you made sausage pinwheels with a sheet of crescent rolls...that are close to biscuits. Well, they come in a tube anyway. Ha. Sheila
ReplyDeleteOh heaven...my big treat on Christmas morn is cinnamon rolls...you make these so delightfully!
