was the CHOCOLATE and not all those antibiotics
that did the trick.....!!!
Hi bj, wish you quick recovery to good health. I caught the flu bug few weeks ago and it took me almost 2 weeks to get back to normal again. The fudge and pecan o honey looks so yummy!
ReplyDeleteOh feel better sweet B.J.! Chocolate makes me feel better too:) HUGS and PRAYERS coming your way!
ReplyDeleteBJ, get well soon! I'm just fighting allergies,so am hoping for some rain to quiet things down a bit. Lots of dust, you know. Your fudge looks wonderful....have to have nuts in mine as well.
ReplyDeleteSounds as if you have really been busy.
ReplyDeleteChocolate always works! Get better soon.
These 'nasties' are hitting, all over. A Dear Gal "down under", has been in bed with the flu for days. Now you. Yish....
ReplyDeleteDo what the doctor orders... Take meds..... Rest....
Those projects will be there....
And you need your health, to finish them.
Gentle hugs,
Tessa
You have had too many eggs in your basket lately. Slow down, rest and things will be just fine. Health is more important than material things.
ReplyDeleteJean I'm so glad you don't have pneumonia...get better soon.

Sorry you got sick. Glad you didn't have pneumonia. Hope you are all well real soon. Take care . Have a blessed day. Madeline
ReplyDeleteHi BJ, Glad you are feeling better and I know what you feel like. I have a bad sinus infection and am on strong meds. It sure keeps you from doing what you really want to do. I have enjoyed catching up with you this morning. I am not coughing as much and the voice is sounding better not like I am in a well. Take care. Hugs and Prayers from Your Missouri Friend Shirley.
ReplyDeleteFeel better soon!
ReplyDeleteBJ,
ReplyDeleteSending healing wishes, me too with a cold. But I am finally feeling better - bet the yummy fudge with pecans helped. I made a big pot of homemade chicken soup and I think it's what helped me, or maybe it was the butter pecan ice cream that helped make my sore throat better.
Rest, don't worry about those projects getting done this second, because they will wait on you.
sending love,
Vera
Comfort food, equally as good as any meds for a quick recovery. The she will all get done on time, and your interior designs will all fall into place nicely, rest up till you are back to the 100% again. Take care, Hugs from way down south.
ReplyDeleteOOps spelling error,, I meant to put " The shed will all get done" ...not.... " the she".. that looks so bad and reads even worse.
ReplyDeleteFudge looks fantastic! That would make anyone feel better. Hope you get better real quick!
ReplyDeleteJudy
Ohh, chocolate would make any one feel better. Wish healing thoughts your way.
ReplyDeleteOh hope you feel better soon. Brownies always are the answer lol! Healing thoughts and prayers coming to you and a big hug.
ReplyDeleteKris
Sorry you are sick. And right in the middle of all this. If we lived closer, I'd offer to come help you. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
ReplyDeleteBJ, get well and stay well. Lots of old bugs going around once more..Happy Monday..Judy
ReplyDeleteBJ,
ReplyDeleteYou're far too s w e e t to be sick, dear friend!!!
I'd say. . ."Add more chocolate to your diet."
If one works. . .two are better, correct???
Prayers that you'll be feeling fine in no time at all!!!
Fondly,
Pat

ReplyDeleteSome yummy delights featured here. Yes. It seems that gone are the days when colds and flu are short-lived. They have a habit of lingering. Take care.
ReplyDeleteoh gee. you take care! My daughter called earlier to say that the "flu" was already on the UK campus. I am getting my flu shot in Sept I guess. Last year I had a true flu in May of all things. I hate to be sick!
