Busy week so I'm once again reaching back in Archives for a delicious post...:)
You have to admit that these little treasures are just
down
right
pretty.......:>)
Little PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN TARTS
I was so scared that when I turned these out of the muffin tin, I would be havin' a
train wreck in the kitchen....
just knew they might stick....but, they came right out, just like they were supposed to.
....don't they look delicious !!!
Little, tiny, adorable Pineapple UPside Down Baby Cakes...
Pamed muffin tin
a little butter in each cup
sprinkle BROWN SUGAR
add a bright red CHERRY
a spoonful of CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
a few pecans
************
lay a piece of CRESCENT roll over each cup
and slide into a 400 oven until golden brown.
SUCH a quick and easy dessert and your guests will think you
spent hours making these, especially for them.

I am sooo ashamed to say that I can't remember which blog I got this amazing recipe from.
If it was YOURS, please let me know so I can add your link.
Believe me....they TASTE even better than they LOOK....
Now, if you will excuse me.....
Those look delish! I'm gonna try it soon!
ReplyDeleteI want one right now! Yum
ReplyDeleteOne of my hubs favorites . . . this gal is not a fan of pineapple.
ReplyDeleteLook great though . . .
Happy eatin'
makes my teeth hurt! :)
ReplyDeleteOne of the things I love about blogging is that it gives me opportunity to know people and learn so much with and from them.
ReplyDeleteAnd this is a great idea. We don't have much tradition of small cakes in my country. I guess ancient times were different and people ate more so it payed baking a huge cake, put in the table and wait for the family to hog pieces so mother could wash the dish ahahah. But times are different and when I bake a cake I eat cake until I feel I don't like cake THAT much or I end up giving it away to neighbors.
This is a favorite but added to the non-interest in cakes of my family they don't like fruit cakes at all, and I never thought baking this way so I could enjoy the tiny cakes at my own pace.
Thank you so much for sharing BJ!
