(I have a stash of little jars)
the amount was perfect for me
but if I wanted to give little jars as gifts,
which I may do at Christmas,
which I may do at Christmas,
I'd double up on this recipe.
♥
I used one of my favorite little plates...
...added a tablespoon (maybe more) to this little
Lemon Cake

I LUV this homemade LEMON CURD...
if YOU like lemons, I bet you will like this recipe, too.
The one tip is to follow recipe exactly and be careful
to whisk constantly or your eggs will cook and harden.....

striving here for SMOOTH.
