I'm there with you, too! Relieved. But satisfied and filled with sweet memories. We still have a couple of celebrations. With our son at his family at their home later today. With our daughter and her family some time in the future. They were going to be here on Christmas Eve but one of the kids got very sick. Will be rescheduled when we know everyone is well again. Enjoy your rest, dear friend. Time to start planning and gearing up for next year! We only have three-hundred-sixty four days left! ~Adrienne~
Yes I think we all agree. I closed the kitchen at 6 last night and drug myself to the sofa. Great time with family. Think I see a nap and resting is in my future today.
BJ, Christmas seems to have come and gone in a wink of an eye. All that anticipation, that prepping...gone and over. But it is nice to relax now....although I need more time with my grands who come from Utah and Florida. Blessings to you, xoxo,Susie
I guess being tired after Christmas is a "good tired". Never-the-lees, my little nap this morning really helped me. Hope your weather is not too bad. We are supposed to rain/wind storms here tonight. No snow predicted. Happy New Year, my friends. Hugs, Audrey Z. @ Timeless Treasures
Way too much spam and people commenting that are stealing my space to post nonsense so.....no comments allowed. So sorry but I have no other choice. I love my blogging friends and most of all my family but these spam prone people are so rude and selfish have made my blogging not nearly as much fun..

I hear ya. Takes a few days to recover.

ReplyDeleteits foggy and sorta dark here today so , though my twinkle is fine, a good book under a soft quilt would put me right to sleep:)
