Hello, all...
Boy, we sure have been enjoying the last few days of this TEXAS sunshine.
And, all the sunshine is perfect to enhance SHADOWS...
With 4 windows and 2 sets of French Doors in the dining area...
and the pool six steps out the doors, we really have some sunshine pouring in.....
and I LOVE IT...
I'm trying to get roots started on these little plants...and no idea what kind of plant it is..
I am still enjoying these two little dried roses..
how long will they last...???
*
*
I have some more to dry ...
...a fence shadow and shadowy blue water..
I'M IN LUV.

jealous! we've still not seen the sun in ne tx. for weeks, now, except for a mere glimpse or two.
ReplyDeleteHmmm...do I see biscuits and lemon curd? And maybe a square biscuit? I always have a fun time taking a good look at your inspired headers. You make some of the best in Blogdom, along with biscuits, of course.
ReplyDeleteI love your shadows. My grandma had a lamp that had those prisms that dangled and they made the most beautiful rainbows.

Lucky you! We have had clouds for days but I'm not complaining because they are bringing much needed rain. :)
ReplyDeleteYes, indeed, it is nice to see some sunshine!
ReplyDeleteWe had our first glimpse of sun (and shadows) here, in weeks, the last few days. It was heaven! If that pool was outside my door right now, it would be a solid block of ice. Lucky you!
ReplyDeletePretty shadows! We are enjoying some sunshine too:) Enjoy your day dear B.J. HUGS!

The sun is shining here today and it is wonderful. It has warmed up some and I have the urge to get some yard work done. Your post about the sun and shadows is very nice . Hope you enjoy that pool. Have a blessed day. Madeline
ReplyDeletePretty pool fence shadows!
ReplyDeletelots of wonderful shadows! the shadows outside my window are beckoning to come outside.
ReplyDeleteLOVE your shadow shots! There is NO sun here today for me to get some:(:( It is cold and VERY windy, not like Spring here today. Enjoy your sunshine....and biscuits:):)
ReplyDeleteLove your shadows bj. Capturing the design of the fence is really nice. Your dried roses are still so pretty.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the sun.
Hugs,
Audrey Z.
The shadow pictures are great shots. Sometimes if you spray your roses that are drying with hair spray they last a little longer. Wish I could send you some of the hot sunshine we are having.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.
Mary
You captured some nice shadows and of course you had to capture food shadows!
ReplyDeleteVery nice shadow shots! As I have said before... I always leave here hungry. I have no talent for displaying food in beautiful ways. Yours always looks so lucious.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful sunny photo's. We're having lots of sun now, it's going to be in the high 70 "s
ReplyDeletebj, I always enjoy looking at the pictures in your header!
ReplyDeleteWe have our windows open, and lovin` it! Here in Ga.
Your pool looks very inviting :)
I love shadows - they always intrigue me. It's fun to see 'your' shadows the things that are nearby.
