I woke up hungry for Cranberry Jam....again

I didn't have fresh cranberries...

not even frozen cranberries...

but I had dried cranberries !!! ♥ ♥

So, into the blender,
using the recipe I got from that sweet girl, LISA,
and that time, I had FRESH cranberries.

And while the jam thickens as it cools,
I couldn't wait....
and, believe me,
there's not a thing wrong with the taste of
warm jam on
a piece of oven buttered toast....

Such an enjoyable breakfast
and it didn't hurt a bit that I had the
CRANBERRY CHUTNEY candle
burning....

Again I say...
if you like JAM
and if you like CRANBERRIES...
give this simple treat a try.

  2. Somehow I found your blog a few weeks ago through your Cranberry jam recipe. I don't remember exactly how but THIS JAM IS GREAT! I was surprised because it is very easy to make but it is the best jam. My husband loves it as much as I do.

  4. Yesterday, while it snowed, I had to have something for my nerves. I chose buttered toast with blueberry jam. I'm sure that cranberry would work just as well. I actually take cranberry pills every day. Hope they're good for what ails me. Did you have a lovely time away?

  15. That looks really good. Did you know our state produces the most cranberries of any state? We ship all over the world. It is quite interesting to see the cranberry farms to the west of us. I do love them--any way I can get them. Your jam sounds amazing. I remember when Lisa did that post, too. xo Diana

  16. Another mouth watering cranberry feature. May have to move further West in order to scrape the bowl. I just opened a can of cranberry sauce. I enjoy it year round. Time is working. Hang on.
