  2. I have been watching the inauguration all morning. I pray that God will be with our new President. I thought Melania was stunning in that light blue outfit. Have a blessed day. Madeline

  3. Love your socks BJ! I'm praying for blessing upon President Trump's administration too.
Melania will be a wonderful First Lady, she is lovely!

  4. There are strong rumors that Ivanka is going to be the de facto First Lady at least for awhile which honestly I have no problem with. I actually like her, she's really darn gorgeous and has shown support to people in both parties.

    1. It's been a very long while since we've had someone of the looks of Jackie O, hasn't it? Ivanka is so classy and easy to look at, without even trying.

  6. I think you meant your prayers are sent up FOR them, not TO them, haha. I knew what ya meant but I had to tease!

I wish them nothing but the best too. Make American great again.

Their son looks as though he's already had enough of all of it - poor kid - and DT has gotten so misunderstood and MISREPRESENTED - it hasn't been fair at all. I wish everyone knew all the facts instead of just what the media wants to feed them.

There is no honour in journalism anymore.

Have you seen The Crown on Netflix? It kinda shows the beginning of the end of respectable journalism during HRM's early reign. Great stuff if you get Netflix.

GOD BLESS AMERICA - LAND THAT I LOVE! ♫ ♪

    Hugs. ♥

  10. I was so proud to see the Trumps today. My 87 y/o mother (a life long Democrat until 2004) spent the whole day watching the DC events. She also stayed up until long after mid-night to see Trump declared the winner on election night.

My father-in-law is 94 and a WWII combat veteran. He voted for Hillary as he wanted to see a woman president, but he happily sat all day to proudly watch the inauguration. My mother in law told me he refused to miss a minute of it as he said to her "This is history in the making! I may not be here for the next one."

  11. I seldom watch TV but was glued to my set all day and well into the night. Not ashamed to admit that my eyes were leaking at the same time I was grinning ear to ear. :) What an awesome day! Loved seeing this beautiful family at the balls, too. I'm also praying for them!

  18. I am SOOOO very grateful to God for allowing President Donald Trump to be elected. We have prayed SO hard, and God had mercy and allowed our prayers to be answered. We are believing God to bless him and protect him and his family and also Vice President Mike Pence and his family. This is a great day for America!! All glory to God!

  19. It is wonderful to read a positive post about President Trump, his family and his inauguration. The haters really have me at a loss, this is truly what America is about.
Thank you for posting this and I do love the socks!!

  20. Yes, it is great to read a positive post about President Trump. We are partial to Vice President Pence since he is an Indiana boy. He was a good governor and I was a little upset that he chose to be VP, but the fella who is governor now is a good guy. There was no way I wanted a woman who left Americans alone to die to become our next President. We suffered through eight years and none of us rioted and destroyed property, or harmed law enforcement officers. Personally, I am enchanted with Barron...he is adorable and clearly his dad's boy...Mini Me...

  24. I couldn't be more proud myself!!!! I continue to pray for him and the entire family, especially for their safety. I just really don't understand all the anger, marches, etc. Yes, it's a huge change for this country but so direly needed! Melania is absolutely stunning and so reminiscent of Jackie O! I look forward to seeing her, and Ivanka's, attire in the future. Such a wonderful family, right?

  26. Thank you ALL for sharing your wonderful thoughts here on bj's post. I am proud and happy too. Enough of the negativity and hateful words others are posting these last few days. This country desperately needed change. He is our President and was elected fairly. He and his family deserve respect. I pray they will always remain safe, that Mr. Trump will be allowed to work hard, and with good people at his side, be able to fulfill his promises to the American people. He has the power and strength to bring the USA back to being the great and safe country it was. . . . . . . . . I hope he will not let us down.

  27. LOVE Trump and knew the day he announced he was running that he would WIN. Been fasting and praying for the inauguration day and the next EIGHT years with President Trump as our president. Like you did- I put up a post called "Happy Dance" on my blog to celebrate his WIN. SO exciting. Never mind that Melania is the only first lady to ever pose nude, she is stunning all dressed in her amazing outfits. Great post.
