...a field of Flowers

So much fun in this giant float.....
On our way home after all the 4th of July fun at THE LAKE,

we saw field after field of beautiful yellow flowers and have NO idea
what they are......
or, where they came from.

I may have the above photo enlarged to hang in our home...
I love the little road running thru it .

Of COURSE, we had to take photos of each other with such a pretty backdrop.

My hair was slightly askew
from being on that magnificent lake but, gosh, what a great time we had.

I love how he photographs so well.
I also love his healthy color.

 Such beautiful country down by
Possum Kingdom lake.

  1. Costco had this huge float boat thing kinda like that one for only like a hundred bucks. I really wanted it, but I don't really have any where to put it.

Hair askew is the only way to go on that kind of day.

  9. Possum Kingdom lake! How could everything not be wonderful, near such a place? What a super name! Love it.

And what beautiful flowers... Love wild flowers. I'd have them everywhere we have grass, if I had my way.

But, in a city lot, even wild flowers would need tending. 'Cause weeks would hop in among them. And need to be pulled out. And there goes the no-work-of-cutting-grass issue. You'd be right back to work. -pout-

But we all can just enjoy them, when they are allowed to thrive in Nature...

    Gentle hugs,
    Tessa
