...DON'T FENCE ME IN.....

Being sick for  3 weeks has kept me inside the house...
S.T.I.R.   C.R.A.Z.Y.

ANYway, wanting to join TEX at the RunAround Ranch in her
FENCES and GATES aka GOOD FENCES.
I searched the web to see what I could come up with....
(and have the feeling these fences might not make TEX smile..
and I ALWAYS want to make her smile.)

I think one really has to LOOOOVE the color PINK to paint their fence
 that luscious color...

Not a PINK fence....
but, oh so pretty with PINK flowers, don't you think ?

I have to admit....

 I. LOVE. IT.....

                           There is absolutely NOTHING WRONG
with a PINK GIRLY FENCE..

This one is my favorite...
wonder what's behind this PINKNESS....???

"DON'T EVER TAKE A FENCE DOWN UNTIL YOU KNOW
 WHY IT WAS PUT UP."
                                                                  ROBERT FROST

Totally random but....

I'm making one of these for my BUNCO GROUP next week...
...just a simple ANGEL FOOD CAKE,
split and filled with berries and REAL whipped cream...
more berries and REAL whipped cream on top...
so simple
and out-of-this-world-GOOD.

  4. That pink looks great with the foliage. Of course, you are going stir crazy and not in the baking sense. Oh dear, this, too, shall pass. What a long seige. Hope that Mr. Sweet is feeling better today.

  5. Hi Bj, I hope you are feeling better. It isn't any fun being sick. I have been there and done that but not as long as you. I have enjoyed catching up with you. We had strawberries and Angel food cake for our oldest son's birthday. He is back in your state working. Take care Hugs and Prayers from Your Missouri Friend Shirley@shirleystitches

  8. Believe it or not I have made a cake like this when I cooked. They are very good. That shade of pink is not too bad on the fence. I am happy to hear you are slowly getting back in the pink. Take care.

  9. Hope by this time you are getting on the mend. One of my older favourites " Don't Fence Me In" and pink, weathered grey, or any other shade, every one has its place. Super pink blooms too.

  13. I always hate seeing a fence with no stain at all. The weathered gray look is so ugly
